Once payment has been made, registrants are unable to cancel their enrollment. Nonetheless, the fee can be applied to any upcoming training program scheduled within the next three months.
Should the fee not be ulilized within this timeframe, it will be non-refundable.

Yes, participants who successfully complete our training events will receive a certificate of completion. This can be a valuable addition to your professional portfolio because we are accredited by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority. Based on the training program you enroll in, you may be eligible to recieve certification from the Skills Development Council Canada, based in Ontario, Canada, and/or the Chartered Management Institute located in London,
United Kingdom.
